Danville

Affectionately known as the heart of the San Ramon Valley, Danville offers the perfect blend of upscale amenities and small town charm. Its quaint character and convenient location 30 miles east of San Francisco make it the perfect place to live, work, and play. Incorporated in 1982, the town comprises 18 square miles, a population of 45,000, and is known for its small town atmosphere and outstanding quality of life.

Westside/Downtown

Referred to as Downtown Danville, Westside makes up the entire stretch of the town that is west of the 680 Highway. The stretch of Danville Blvd down to Harts Ave has several bars, restaurants, and retail storefronts that will satisfy all your needs. Westside is also home to San Ramon Valley High School - one of two public high schools in Danville. West side is just as residential as the neighborhoods east of 680, albeit with homes on slightly smaller lots. It is a great location for those that want walkability to downtown and easy access to the highway.

Sycamore

Located south of the Camino Tassajara corridor and east of Highway 680, Sycamore is characterized by charming tree lined streets that and is one of the most residential areas in all of Danville. It offers close proximity to Highway 680 and has Osage Station Park at the heart of the neighborhood for all your outdoor and recreation needs. A classic Danville neighborhood, Sycamore is not to be missed as you are exploring the area.

Diablo

One of the more affluent communities within Danville, Diablo is a census-designated neighborhood and accessed primarily by Diablo Road via El Cerro Blvd. It lies adjacent to the town of Alamo to the north and is home to the historic Diablo Country Club and features a prominent public high school in Monte Vista High School in addition to The Athenian School - one of the more prestigious prep schools in all of the Bay Area.

Blackhawk

Heading due east of Diablo lies the private community of Blackhawk which is another prominent neighborhood within Danville. Blackhawk is located at the foothills of Mt. Diablo State Park and is organized around Black Hawk Country Club, a full-service golf, fitness, and social club that features 36 holes of championship level golf. Blackhawk was developed in the late 1980s, so many of the homes here feature a similar style and aesthetic and is the perfect destination for that person looking for high-end amenities.

Camino Tassajara

The furthest east neighborhood in Danville, Camino Tassajara is about a 15 minute drive off the nearest Highway 680 exit. It is characterized by recently built track-style homes and given that it is less easily accessible than the neighborhoods to the west, homes in this neighborhood typically trade at a discount to the other areas of Danville.
